Capital procurement for horizontal infrastructure, buildings and design

Through category management and category strategies, the Capital Procurement team at Auckland Council analyse the forward works programme and  through working  with the business and suppliers, identify smarter ways of procurement.  Early identification of opportunities and risks, such as price increases, are identified through the  supplier relationship management programme.
