Ōtāhuhu station – design to prevent crime

As the demand for public transport grows,  transport facilities also need to grow. Auckland Transport designed the Ōtāhuhu transport hub for both buses and trains.

The history and culture of the area, and best practice crime prevention guidelines, were factored into the design of the transport hub.
