Activating Spaces

 Community spaces or community facilities includes halls, libraries, swimming pools and a range of other facilities that communities use. Activation or utilisation – that is people using these facilities as much as possible for as wide a range of uses as possible,  is a key performance measure for managers of these community facilities.
